Pratik Potdar is a Senior HR Professional with over 8 years of experience in delivering employee services that improve performance, profitability, growth, and employee engagement. He is currently working as the Global Talent Acquisition Lead & HR Business Partner at Shalina Healthcare, where he is responsible for leading talent acquisition globally and delivering employee services for the senior employee group across the group. Pratik has a unique perspective and appreciation that human capital is every organization’s greatest asset. Pratik has a proven track record of managing stakeholders effectively and building consensus with them to gain their ‘buy-in’ for existing. He has significantly augmented internal customer experience ratings by designing and implementing HR (TA) service delivery standards (SLAs) consistently achieving/surpassing them for FY 2017, 2018. Prior to joining Shalina Healthcare, Pratik worked as the Divisional Recruiting Lead at Dubai Electricity & Water Authority - DEWA, where he was responsible for leading recruitment for two of DEWA’s large divisions facing challenges to meet its staffing needs. He managed and fulfilled Executive Search mandates such as Specialists, Business Heads, etc. as well as niche functions within DEWA by headhunting and engaging passive candidates. Pratik introduced Competency-based Interviews into the Recruitment and Selection process and suggested improvisations to management approval and on-boarding process for selected candidates with a view to improving Candidate Experience. Pratik has also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at ABC Consultants, where he managed multiple key/mid-senior roles and generated revenue to the tune of 800 K Dhs (FY 2015 – 2016). He managed key-accounts and revenue to the tune of 1.2 Million Dhs (FY 2015 – 2016) by effectively fulfilling roles/mandates received, effectively managing relationships & service delivery achieving high Net promoter scores (NPS), farming repeat business from assigned key-accounts. Pratik has an Associate Level 3 - Human Resource Practice degree from CIPD Qualifications, a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Charotar University, and a Higher Secondary degree from Baroda High School (Alkapuri). He has experience in Search and is passionate about hiring top talent for the fastest growing pharma in sub-Saharan Africa.
